You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Send the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
